For the last 8 months i have dizziness, light headedness rocky sway feeling not true vertigo. Have neck pain and stiffness as well. I was also feeling as if I'm falling to my left side and my gait is altered. I showed a neuro some months ago he said clinically looks normal and conducted NCS which was fine. ENT checked ears he said fine and said its cervical dizziness. 3 days ago i went to ortho and he said MRI brain contrast and plain c spine and lumbar and right knee. I have disc issues in c spine and L spine and little acl tear in right knee. As far as brain in concerned. Plain Mri was normal so radiologist said no need for contrast. I'm attaching report. Is mri contrast required? Can plain brain MRI accurately catch tumors ?

I had done peripheral smear test and cbc test.In peripheral smear test rbc shows normocytic normochromic with microcytes + seen.plz check the report.what causes it. Is it serious.

Today I took a hepatitis b vaccine at my home which was given by a ngo camp..they showed me the vaccine name and expire date it is dec 27. And they used a new packed syringe Now I am getting worried like what if they spread me HIV through the vaccine vial.. because it is a multi dose vial I am getting tensed please answer me what to do now...

My blood pressure usually remains 140/90 at resting condition. But I feel somewhat my pressure spikes while getting tensed and anxiety , on that time pressure measured 180/110 with palpitations and heart bit also reached upto 130 bpm. While I went doctor chamber last pressure was 160/110 mm hg and doctor advised to start for medicine as follows :  Bitacap Tr 40 mg at after breakfast and Olmesar 20 mg at evening or night . What I feel pressure abnormalities noted while getting more anxious not always. My current age is 39. What should I do need to be start medicine or monitor alternative way . Because heared that medicine can't be stopped once started.

I done health checkup it shows these values total protein 5.9 in liver function test,kidney function test.plz check the report.we causes it.can I redone the tests again or no need.what causes total protein is low.is it kidney disease and liver disease. Plz check the report.

I m suffering from body pain fever cough and have high bilirubin. Local doctor prescribed me 500 mg paracetamol 3 times day cetrizine 10 mg three times . Udiliv 450 mg 2 times day . After taking this medicine I feel drowsiness and high pulse rate . I think this is due to high dose . Pls suggest
