I have 0.75 cylindrical power in both eyes and online lens store is suggesting that I get toric lenses, is this true that spherical lenses won't help me? Or are they trying to make me buy costlier lenses.

Swelling and redness on one eye and continously water is coming out from 2 days some insect has entered while driving can anybody help with some medicines or eyedrop as he has to travel a long journey

Hello doctor, I have been noticing that my eyesight has decreased a little bit from few days. I am not facing problem while looking at nearby objects but its a bit difficult to focus on far away objects. The far objects are blurry to look.
