I have a white spot in white area of my right eye. I am not sure if I had this before and noticed it recently. Sometimes when I open and close my eyes it causes a slight irritation. Attaching pic for reference. Pls suggest what it is

Yesterday morning i washed my face since then i have been feeling like something is there in my eye (right eye corner) , i am not sure why . Should i be concerned or will it go away? Hi, There is sticky discharge from my daughter's eyes continuously from last 24 hours. There is more sticky discharge once she got up from sleep. We have applied oflox drops twice till now. Even her eyes looks like red & swollen. Please let know if any other medicine can be applied.
