My eyes is irritation, paining, redness in one eye, aankh aayi. What eye treatment or eye drops recommended.

Am experiencing pain inside eyes when seeing the computer or mobile, if am taking rest means am feeling somewhat better , its occurring sometimes but not in continuous manner About my eye condition: am having long site vision problem from the age of 15, now am having the power +5 on both the eyes, so want to consult the causes of pain in my eyes

I have noticed a red dot on the corner of my white eye ball 4 days ago(not sure how and I do not remember any injury) and then on till now it is spreading and now reached till black eye ball. No issue with eye sight and no pain as well. Attached the images for reference. Request you to kindly suggest the fix.

I have a tedious  job role in which i have to spend hours staring monitor and electronic boards.. sometimes i cannot do 20-20-20 because i can miss observations going in real time. shall i consider these glasses? also refresh tears like drops are good in long run?
