Nepafenac Opthalmic suspension 0.1% w/v NEYPAC In the morning my father had  cataract surgery, In the evening just before going to bed i put nepafenac in other eye by mistake which was operated (cataract ) 8 months ago. is there any problem

I have a 4 month old baby and i don't apply kajal in his eyes as some water comes from his eyes from time to time. But my family and relatives give me a hard time saying that kajal will make his eyes bigger or they will be small . Is there any truth in that? Does applying kajal really make eyes big?
