Today I tested by blood sugar fasting and 2 hours of having breakfast. Fasting blood sugar - 93 mg/dl Blood Sugar pp - 130 mg/dl It is matter of concern for me that my HBA1C value is 6.2% (Pre diabetes range) Can you please give some directions how can reverse this pre diabetes range to normal. Thanks

T3 ,T4 normal but TSH is 60. No swelling in neck , only hoarness of voice and weakness. Kindly suggest

Sir from past 4 months my sugar level is irregular. In fasting it is nearly 200 post lunch it is 220-230. I'm having skin infection also during this period, it is like Necrobiosis lipoidica. All time i feel tired and sleepy with no energy level. Doing regular exercises and walk with intake of wood rich in fibres. Pls guide and suggest. On recommendations I've started taking Metformin 500 from last 15 days but sugar level is still nearly 200 in fasting. Pls guide and suggest.

Sometimes i have a flare for frequent urination, like many times i would have to go, when this happens i have also observed that i get dry mouth, before this trigger i have also observed my sleep cycle is disturbed like i will get sleep after struggling for 2-3 hours and then also my sleep will be broken very early. I have tested my sugar many times it's always within normal range, hba1c was also normal. Why van this be happening? 2-3 years back when this started it was severe and it was idiopathic, no reason was found, not uti as well. I have been to a nephrologist and urologist too, there was usg abdomen, nothing found, only found left kidney is ectopic position which the doc said is normal. M I a person with autoimmune disorder?
