Can I take glimepride instead of metfor
Is it ok if I take glimepride (dose recommendation needed) As of now I m taking metfor 500mg however this is causing weight loss n GI issues a lot
Need suggestions please sugars are controlled though but have too much GI issues

Before breakfast.
And after dinner zomellis met (50 vildagliptin+500mg)
My fasting is 150. And pp after 2 hours is 220
