Dear doctor Iam a professional singer and also a professional Mathematics teacher. Yesterday I had a bhajan program and my vocal chords become swollen and upper range of my voice is not clear. Hello Doctors. I got vertigo in May 2022. From that time my general physician family doctor suggested me to take Stemetil md 5mg daily. It's been a year I am taking this medicine. Now since 1 week i am again experiencing dizziness while taking Stemetil md 5mg once in night.. Now shall I switch to vertin 24mg once in day and night for 10 days? And then again reduce it to 16mg twice in morning and night ? And then Vertin 8mg twice in morning and night ? Please help. My doctor thinks I am having meniers disease but I don't have ringing feeling in my ear. He has suggested me to do PTA and caloric test. Shall I go ahead ?
