Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi This is anusha 34 yrs old.. I  am suffering with this lump since 5months I once consulted ENT doc He undergone to CT scan And given medicine for 1 week after using the lump size reduced...I felt it won't come again But now it gain in same size and in same place ... I dont feel pain unless i touch it with my finger and press it. And one more lump at jaw line..it's controlled after using medicine which doc given but at ear it's  regained Plz suggest me how to over come... Actually I m.suffring with sinus fr past 6months.. It's nt contorlng .i m keeping steam and using warm water dr drinking also Does this lump is caused due to sinus or any other issue

I am suffering from a tongue that has black spots. I can't eat any spicy or sweet items. I feel a burning sensation on the tongue. I feel everything more salty...what can be done.

Can growing long hair and taking head bath two  days once  can cause cold or coughing . I want to now mainly wether It will cause coughing . Because they say growing more hair will cause often cold .

I have fever runny nose, I showed doctor fever is reduced but caugh is increased and vometing sensation is not reducing it's like I can't even vomet completely and I can't sleep, after caughing it's making to do vomet but nothing is coming out not sure wat is the issue
