Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My little daughter of 3 yrs has severe throat pain from 2 days. Pediatrician said it is acute tonsillitis and gave her amoxyclav antibiotic with syp omnacortil and paracetamol. Still no improvement after 1 day of treatment Kindly help what else can be given now

I have throat pain on left for a week. Please suggest an effective treatment. I am planning to use hot water and salt. Will it be useful ?

I face breathing problems while i sleep or lay down on the bed..if I stretch my cheeks from my nose side i feel better in breathing. I went through an MRI where the doctor suggested that i am suffering from nasal valve collapse and slight deviated septum..pls tell me which type of surgery is required for this problem..and is the surgery painfull. Pls give an elaborate answer to help me understand better.

My lymph nodes of the neck has been swelled from past 3 months. I had done usg 2 times. In my first report sad measuring 5.5mm and after 2 months when I have done it again it measured 6mm. Whenever I take medicine it goes underneath and after sometimes it will again get swelled. Diclofinac plus Serra pera affects the area but it will not get cured. After stopping medicine my lymph nodes swelled again and comes out. Doctor suggest me to go for fnac test is it secure to do fnac test. Why it get swelled again and again. Pls give me the appropriate suggestions or treatment. My usg reports are.

From 1 month I suffering from throat problem. First I went to doctor for throat iritation. Dr. gave me oratil 500 bd with pain killer and Famotidine. He told me that my nose bone is bend , sinitis problemand pharyngitis. After 7 days He told that infection till have then he gave me Axavic cv tdpc  for 5 daysand rebeprazole tablet for 21days nad allegra 120 for 21 days.Now my throat is better than ago but some time when I swallow my spit felling little pain. But eating and drinking has no problem.Sometimes it filling something is in throat and when I speak more time or loudly it feels uneasy in throat. What is the next step after this please suggest me.

I have been diagnosed with otomycosis in left ear. Ear is swollen with inflammation. ENT doctor prescribed antibiotics, pain killer & anti fungal drops. Also cleaned the ear with syringing and blockage had improved. But now the ear seems to be again blocked & white pus like substance is visible in outer ear that feels extremely uncomfortable. Swelling has not improved & ear drops don't seem to go inside either. What should be done in this case?

Yesterday I tried to clean my daughter's ears with a cleaner she just moved her head with fear, the steel thing which just hurt in her ear got pain and I checked with ear bud for what happened so I saw blood please suggest what happened?

I got slight pain on shoulder and I went for orthopaedic consultation. He suggested one pantaprazole and setolac Mr for 5 days. In x ray no injury. In madication I got side effects like mouth ulcer and tounge ulce. After taking reboflevin tablet mouth ulcer cured but tounge ulcer not cured even am taking reboflevin.
