Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since three for days I have Stiffness on ear, and pain as well on left ear. It started when I used to clean ear with water while taking g shower

I find some white spots surrounded by red skin in my uvula it's been there from 1 n half months it's not creating any problem

I took citrizene,motelekaust,balstene for it and citrizene for almost 3 years bt right now these tablets r not showing much effect...my allergy is getting worse day by day evn I can't sleep sometimes properly...I have other issues too like fibridonenma,hemorrhoids, stomach issues,...wht shld I do for allergy now

Hi Sir/Mam, It's been more than 10 years I've been dealing with a consistent issue of producing white mucus in my saliva every day. Oddly, when I consume spicy foods, it seems to trigger the expulsion of the mucus. However, on other occasions, it remains trapped in my chest and throat, leading to a feeling of heaviness in my head. Additionally, I've noticed an excessive buildup of acid in my body, resulting in frequent belching. Alongside these symptoms, I frequently experience nasal congestion and a sense of heaviness above my eyebrows. I've been wondering about the potential causes behind these symptoms, such as acid reflux, allergies, sinusitis, or respiratory infections. I have consulted multiple doctors; some have suggested that it might be sinusitis, while others believe it could be allergies. I have been prescribed anti allergy medication such as Montair LC and nasal sprays, but unfortunately, they have not yielded any positive results. Please advise me. Thanks

Sir /mam hearing songs at loud voice approx 80℅ volume of earphones ,not excessive loud voice but yes quite loud voice for 50 mins daily cause permanent hearing loss . Pls answer my question I will be very thankful to u??

I had cold since last 6-7 days , initially sneezing and nose irritation was there later after 3-4 days when I took cetrizine it subsided,  but even after 7 days cold is still there now thick discharge is coming from nose , however cough is not there but sometimes when I am forcely coughing I had sputum that too is thick nd brownie in colour nasal discharge is yellow. Nose stiffness , I had feeling of cold. no fever so far.  nose is also paining sometimes inside. I had cetrizine and Azithromycin for 3 days. This is happening second time in a month.
