Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from throat irritation for almost 2-3 weeks now and it usually involved regular clearing of throat which is quite irritating and also results in sleep disturbance .

I am hearing squeaking sound in left ear when I am moving my jaw  since 3 days.. And occasionally the my left jaw joint is giving a cracking sound about once a day ... I have no pain swelling and no problem otherwise only getting irritated due to the sound..Pls help

When someone is sitting with me they notice sound from my nose is caming when i breathe but i didnot hear and didnot have any problem while breathing or any other what is this plz guide me

Dear sir /ma'am .l I am suffering from pain in below ear and left tonsils and throat from past 2 yrs due to Gastritis. Right now I am taking treatment of IBS from Pshycristist as reffered from my Gastro doctor got 100% relief in thorat pain but my ear and tonsils pain is not ready to go. No relief in that. It increases when I take soda or coke by evening. Pls suggest

Can prolonged use of budamate 400 inhaler leads to generalized oral mucositis? I used it for 6-8 months, now my mouth is inflamed specially in floor of mouth, border of tongue, lip and buccal mucosa. I have been taking becosule cap since 2-3 weeks, but do not see any improvement. Any suggestions?

I had a moderate deviation in septum which required rhinoplasty. However, I’d told the doctor that I wouldn’t want my nose tip to be rotated or nasal bridge to be flattened. Unfortunately, both have happened. I require a revision to push my tip downward by an angle of at least 10 degrees and bridge to be raised. Can I do so with a revision rhinoplasty that’s closed? How long should I wait to get a revision done?
