Inflammation and ulcer of oral mucosa

Asked for Female, 43 Years

Can prolonged use of budamate 400 inhaler leads to generalized oral mucositis? I used it for 6-8 months, now my mouth is inflamed specially in floor of mouth, border of tongue, lip and buccal mucosa. I have been taking becosule cap since 2-3 weeks, but do not see any improvement. Any suggestions?

Prolonged use of nasal inhalers or nebulisers can lead to oral candidiasis. It can present as inflamed mucosa, tender, and white flakes which can be easily removed. Maintain oral hygiene. Use mouthwashes after each use of the nebulizer.
