Dear Dietician,
The understanding is that not to store raw non fish and mutton in home refrigerator.
But in case of any situation can we preserve, freeze the raw fish or mutton in home refrigerator in a plastic container or bag containing Salt water so that the raw fish or mutton gets freezed within a hard Salted ice formed due to the salt added in plastic container or plastic bag ?

Loose skin after weight loss
I'm a 26 year old female who has been trying to lose weight for the past 6 to 7 years with no result until recently.
I weighed 76 kg in the beginning of February this year. Growing up I've always struggled to lose weight and a year or so back, I was diagnosed with PCOS.
Through continuous calorie deficit and exercise, my weight has now come down to 60 kg in the last 5 months. My height is 155cm; and my BMI is 25.
I've tried my best to keep my weight loss journey as healthy as possible. I had made sure to do strength training as well. But I can see some loose skin on my arms, legs and tummy. It is not much, but I want to lose that as well, tone my body and build some muscle. Is it even possible to get rid of that loose skin? Or is it permanent?
Could someone please suggest some PCOS-friendly nutrition tips that would help in the growth of muscle and maintain the weight I've lost?

Iam drinking 2.5liters of water I am doing exercises and I am following diet in morning first I will drink beetroot carrot juice and after that I will drink milk and after that I will small cup oats and later fruits and after that afternoon I will eat small cup of brown rice more quantity of veggies and evng at 6:30 I will small chapati I am not using oil in my diet and at night cinnamon water but why I am not using wash room motion is not coming for that I am not losing weight
