My 8 year old son has recovered from viral fever 4 days ago, but still seems to be dull, sleepy, feeling nauseous, burps, urge to go motion due to which he got food aversion and eating very little amount of food. Note - Fever was there only for 2 days, followed by cold, phelgm for 3 days Any medication to be taken?

Hello doc, I have a 3 months old daughter who is showing symptoms of coughing and stuffed nose. we have opted for home nebulization since the hospital here in a small town is unhygienic. Please suggest which medicine and in what quantity should be used for a 3 months old baby.

My daughter is 1.8 years old and she was suffering from constipation from few days . So doctor started pico soft medicine and advised for urine culture . The report is attached alongwith. Now doctor prescribed orpenem forte antibiotics for 14 days . And also advised urine culture again after 10 days. Although my daughter is completely fine and don't show any symptoms. Is this medicine safe? I am worried if anything is serious. Please help. Also her hb is 8.2 so doctor has started iron syrup .
