Chest & Breathing Problems

Did chest X-ray, on 20 May everything was normal but did X-ray 2 days back ( 1st July ) and showed tenting of left hemi diaphragm noted. What does it mean? Is it a concern? I was also COVID positive on 9april. Vaccination not done yet. Plz advise. What to do further. My heart rate is high too and hv chest pain.

What does this imply and which specialist should I consult now ?

I have dry nose. Yesterday, I started sneezing. No mucus. Pains while coughing and sneezing at center of chest. Feel too itchy in throat. Palate is reddish.
