Iam having cough since one month, I was taking neubalization since one month, last 10 days back my rtpcr tested positive. Now no symptoms of fever or cold...but for cough I was taking antibiotic and neubalization buedecort and duolin ...but stilll my cough is not coming down. What is the problem. My pft report is 69 % Wht is the reason for my wheezing cough

I Am Having Coughing Issue From Past 3 Month Recently Show To ENT Surgeon But The Medicine Is Not Showing Good Result After That I Even Visited Gastroenterologist Thought It Might Be Due To GERD Because I Was Having Some Gastric Symptoms To And The Gastroenterologist Said Everything Is Fine And The Coughing Can Be Cycological. Now What Should I Do? Should I Go To Pulmonologist?

Please consult the attached HRCT report. SpO2 fluctuates a bit. It stays above 90. But I want to know why is it fluctuating?

Dear doctor, I was down with fever and cold from January 12-14th. Became alright in 2 days but dry cough was there for a few days especially while lying down. No breathing issues. Today, took a random blood and urine test along with chest xray. Found prominent BRONCHO VASCULAR marking in report. Blood test: ESR value is 30mm and also shows bacteria in urine routine. Plenty of pus and Epithelial cells are present. Have attached the xray reports. Could you please look into the reports and let me know what needs to be followed next.

My mother recovered from Covid in July 2021. She has a history of diabetes, pneumonia, hypertension, mini stroke . She is on oxygen therapy only at night . How long should O2 be administered and at what litre? Currently O2 is given from1.30 am to 8.30am at 1 litre. She gets extremely drowsy and sleepy (inspite of good sleep) after breakfast in part because of high blood sugar ( insulin given intermittently when BS reading is above 200) . I want to know what the cause of the sleepiness is ( post-covid ?) , how long will it take to normalise and also if the drowsiness is due to excess of Oxygen ? Also is the light physical exercise she does ithe reason for her BS to shoot up? Would appreciate your feedback. Thank you so much.
