My mother has thyroid nodules In her neck (non cancerous), can a operation or surgery be done to remove those nodules, will there be any complications as she suffered from alergic bronchitis

After taking TB medicine for 1month he got extreme vomiting and dehydration so doctor adviced to take a break for 1week. So I want to know if he need to start the course from the beginning or previous 1month (TB medicines already taken) is also counted.

Hello Team, I am searching a doctor for my Mother. She is suffering from heavy allergy, the nose is watery all the time. She doesn't get any relief for at least 30 mins. I have read some articles and watched YouTube videos, it is related with allergic rhinitis. Please help me with a good doctor who treats this disease.
