Chest & Breathing Problems

I have cough from 2 months. Consulted 2-3 pulmonologist and taken treatment for allergy still cough is not getting better. In body checkup also all things came normal. What to do next

Frequently I get cold I am a sinus patient inspire of food restrictions suffering with cold n breathing problems as in my left lung side I feel like inflammations right side is best ni discomfort please suggest me medicines

My 5 year old daughter is having cough since December.. It's on and off.. consulted three pediatrician.. All said wheezing.. Given nebulizer also once.. But still cough not reduced.. She is active eats and plays well..but suddenly she starts coughing. After getting up or during sleep. Sometimes at random times.. she couldn't manage for few mins.. It's continuous.. The doctor told my wife cannot tolerate the higher dosage and the above mentioned dosage is right for her. Please advice me on this
