Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear sir 7 days right side chest pain i visit ddu hospital ECG is done is normal and one tab painkiller but not relex i send xray report and blood please suggest me ,no fever only pain up and down please check and help

For one month  I have been suffering from breathing difficulty in the time of evening while sitting for long time . I have hay fever also. I suffer nasal blockage everyday. After putting nasal spray nose becomes open. While nostril remains open i feel breathlessness in the evening. What might be the cause?

Sputum accumulated i need any help suggestion to save the patient kindly help me. I'm from Dornala a village from Prakasam district

I am under ATT from 16th March 2022. I was diagnosed with Pulmonary TB as I had a persistent fever of about 102.5 everyday (3 times) and night chills. I have the right lung pleural effusion, which has improved over the days. After the diagnosis and medications, night chills, weakness and shortness of breath has become better. In short I am doing much better than what I was undergoing when I got admitted to the hospital (11th March 2022). I am eating well and the urge to eat is there too. I weigh 66.50 and have been put under Akurit4 tablets empty stomach every morning, however every evening when I casually check my temperature..it is 99.9-100.5 I don't feel feverish at all, infact my body is not hot also yet temperature is there. I want to know how long this temperature will be there even though it has been a month now.

I am suffering from dry cough since last 60 days During winter I had cough and cold problem which by taking home remedies reduced. Now due to cold weather AC condition I am suffering irritation in nose, running with water Dry cough

My brother who is 21 year old just used to get fever from long time then we done with check up with doctor ,also there was one node on his neck ,after checkup it was found he has TB in neck .So his treatement was done in government hospital where they just give him - rifampicin to take on daily basis 6 tablets and they just call him after 6 months .Between treatment also 1-2 times they called but they just ask him to continue with this course only After 6 month they ask for proper check in which the size of lymph node was found to be reduced to 29mm from 43 mm in 6 month course then doctors advice to continue the same dose for 1 more month and after that they didnt ask for any check nothing and just stopped the treatment without any checkup So i want to know is it fine to stop this treatment without further checkups if the node decreases or not ,or the infections still there or not. or we should go for all the proper checkups again .

From last 2 years I am facing a breathing problem and I am unable to complete my Yawning to full. I am having hypertension and taking BP medicines (Triolmezest) and I am having gastric problem. I consulted a doctor and undergone some medical tests and found very hard stool so doctor suggested me to take Ganaton 50, Librax 20+5 mg and VELOZ 20 mg. I am using rarely these medicines and irregular. Please help me in this regards Thank you in Advance !

After how many days of bronchitis i can stop caring about atmosphere smoke and air pollutants..and breathe freely

Does this chest x ray look normal? I have severe health anxiety and suffer from frequent shortness of breath

Mild chest pain near between right side breast and Center of chest, when twist shoulder towards right direction for last 15 days..also take Pantoprazole 40 and Myospaz Forte (One tablet each) from last three days from local Doctor. But Pain doesn't go away. Very much worried... what to do next...
