Chest & Breathing Problems

Had cough and cold since 29th. Cold is gone but cough is still there. Got this xray done. Is there any problem in this?

I'm 27 y/o. I have this breathing problem since last 2 years, since then i always have an urge to breathe from mouth every few seconds or minutes. Its very disturbing. I always overthink that i might have asthama or some serious breathing issue cause if I don't pull air from mouth it feels like I'll get unconscious.

My CECT report is-Multiple subcentimetre conglomorated necrotic mediastinal&left hilar nodes-?Kochs.FNAC report is-MTB DNA is detected & Gene xprt report is-Rifampicin susceptibility COULD NOT not be determined due to very low MTB DNA.I'M WORRIED. Is this normal? Please help me with the answer. When the fever will stop?

My wife has been suffering from breathing issues since Jan when we all got COVID. We got her IgE levels checked and it came back as 673 is/ml. All the other test like sugar lipid profile cbc rbc are within range or just above range. What should we do next? What does IgE level of 673 mean.
