My cousin is 46 years old. He was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma on 25/01/2023. He underwent chemo and radiation therapy. He also went under mouth surgery on 24 april2023 to remove cancer tumour. Again diagnosed on 28/12/2023 . It is spreading. Doctors recommended pembrolizumab monotherapy. I want your 2nd opinion. Is doctors recommending right therapy or alternate options are there? This cancer is curable or helpful to get how many  more years life. I have attached all reports.
