Is it throat cancer, I am having bad test in mouth from last one month, And sore throat , white tongue, fatigue, Dry cough, itchy ears.

I have a pink brownish mole on my scalp and i’m worried bc skin cancer runs in the family.

What should I do, My ESR level is 30mm/hr and hydroxy vitamin D is 10 ng/ml ? I am smoker and is it leading to cancer?

Few days back I realise that I have something near my anus opening. It doesn't pain much but often it leaks mucus. I checked but it feels like something has grown near anus, I can feel it like a nerve or something.
