I have redness in my throat amd few red rashes at back of my throat.can this be cancer.please help.just tell me what it is or what it can be.please

I have been diagnosed with multiple bilateral Fibroadenoma in the breast, out of which 2 are big so the doctor is suggesting to that them out. I wanted second opinion on this as those lumps are benign and non-canerous
