Biopsy came tricky

Hi Doctor, My mother is having inflammation and swelling in gall bladder with a bulge blocking the bile duct because of which she went through interventional radiology procedure. She is admitted in hospital and doctors saying that she might be having malignant cancer but the second biopsy came tricky which says: Smears are paucicellular and reveal few discretely scattered and loose clusters of atypical cells having anisonucleosis, mild nucleomegaly and focally irregular nuclear membrane. Dense nuclear chromatin and occasional nuclei revealing prominent nucleoli are seen. Abundant cytoplasm giving plasmacytoid appearance is noted in few cells, along with cytoplasmic vacuoles. Few benign epithelial cell clusters and inflammatory cells are noted in a hemorrhagic background IMPRESSION: USG guided gall bladder FNAC : Atypical cells seen. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks
