How can I b sure that I don't have Cancer? Yesterday I spit very little blood from mouth... Seems to b coming from throat... If I Try to clean my throat it will appear more frequently... Which test I should have to be sure that I don't have Cancer...

I am taking imatinib 400 from last 10 years. From couple of years I can see hair thinness and loss as well. Is this due to imatinib or something else. If this is due to imatinib then what should be the treatment, although I m taking healthy diet
