FNAC report of breast cysts
My mother is 44 years old. She was given BIRADS III in her first memogram report. She went for USG guided FNAC. Her test report is as follows:
Fine Needle Aspiration from right breast cysts at 3 O clock and 6 O clock position shows ductal epithelial hyperplasia in clusters and papillary fronds. FNAC from left breast shows cystic contents with few ductal epithelial cells.
Impression of the biopsy report: Possibility of benign pattern is suggested. However, a papillary lesion cannot be excluded.
Please interpret the report. Is there any cause of concern? What should be our next step for her treatment. Should my mother go for surgery? My maternal grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer at 62. She has survived it. Please advise us. The FNAC report is attached herewith.

Repetitive fever problem after treatment
My father was diagnosed with cancer of esophagus in April 2019. For which he has taken treatment 6 cycles of weekly chemotherapy and 28 radiation. Treatment is completed on 16 july 2019.He is having continuous problem of fever for which he required 3-4 times dolo 650 mg regularly. He had this problem during treatment also. Kindly suggest some better option. His doctor has advised to take dilo tab thrice in a day for 10 days. My question is that
1.is this a normal phenomenon with every cancer patient after treatment or during treatment?
2. How much time it will take to reach in normal condition when fever problem ends.
3. Suggest better alternative to overcome from this problem more quickly

Melanoma??
I've had this lesion since May 2017, I noticed it cause it was painful like a pimple at first and it was a kind of pink/flesh colored.
I tried removing it myself May 2017 using baking soda paste, it scabbed, fell off and grew back about 2 weeks later, only now it looks like a brown uniform color.
It isn't painful at all, doesn't itch or cause any discomfort physically, I haven't noticed it get bigger or change shape. Does this look like a melanoma? I've never used tanning beds and don't spend much time in the sun. Pictures I have provided are taken 2 years apart.
Thank you for your time.
