Hello Doctor, I have a hard muscle (a hard lump) seems attached to skin part from inside since last about 15 years. I was thinking it is due to keeping hand on table consistently while studying or working. It is painless and size is also same. Attached pic for reference. Put cross mark in the area.

Sir, I have taken my first cycle of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin and Etoposide). First week it was severe constipation. Motion did no go for 2 days. A mild enema was given. Again motion started coming but with full pain. Motion also came 2/3 times a day. Even gas passing was full of pain. I was given gels for fissures. Now I take sitz bath, apply fissures gel, take dulcoplex daily, but still problem persists. Why is it so? How long will it continue? Doctor said it is radiation effect, but it is more than a month after last radiation

Attaching my CBC report which shows RDW 15.4% does this mean I have anemia or anything serious to be worried about please help!

Is this just a puss in breast or something else? Please advice if any other test is required and current medicine is right?

Person having non hodgkin lymphoma ( detected in Aug 2018) has been treated with kemo therapy and now it's been 3 years that the person is cancer free. Wanted to know how bad is this disease and the probability that the person can get the cancer disease again?
