Cancer diagnosis

So my grandfather died @ 38/39) my father (youngest)at that time was 10 years old the only thing he know about my grandfather death is that he had cancer thats all , my father and all of his sibling range in age of 75-55 none of them had cancer diagnosed yet but they might have some cholesterol issue but again none of them had any heart ailments my father have his full body profile every year and lipid profile every 3 to 6 month to manage cholesterol .Now coming to question i am an 6 ft male used to weigh around 90kgs and was a wrestler but in2020 had an career ending injury which forced me to retire and while at a orthopaedic, he checked my weight which came 83 kgs he got worried because i am not working out eating the same diet since last 10 years , when he asked about my family health conditions he told me cancer passes on from grandfathr to grandson(skips generations) should i be worried about cancer, if yes what should i do? Do cancer skips generation ? Although i feel healthy

Bilirubin total is 0.70 SGPT -49, SGOT -57 As per our surgeon this is normal. But he is facing body itching, and sometimes it is irresistible. He is having type 2 diabetes also. Please advice.

Surgery opinion on rectum cancer

My cousin is suffering from rectum cancer since last one and half years. Her 1st surgery was done on 7th July 2021. In that surgery, doctors removed the entire large intestine and fixed the small intestine outside the body. Now the cancer tumor is regrowing and spreading to the abdomen and rectum and some other places too. And she vomits frequently from June onwards. Because of the vomits she's unable to take food. The doctors said her case is high risk and there are fewer chances for her to survive. If we are ready to take the risk doctors will arrange a second-time surgery. I need a second opinion for her present condition so that we can take a decision if it is fine to go ahead with the second surgery or if there is any other option. Please find attached reports.
