Urgent help

This are my aunt reports please help us in understanding the report and what further steps to taken The reports show a metabolically active mass in the right breast (BIRADS 5) with skin and nipple involvement, FDG-avid right axillary nodes, lung lesions, and L2 vertebra — all suggestive of metastasis. One non-FDG avid liver lesion is also seen. Biopsy has already been done — results expected in 4–5 days. Meanwhile, chemotherapy has been started by the treating doctor. Just wanted to check if this is the right approach or if any further urgent steps are needed.
