80 yrs female - presenting with headache since few months , mri head shows homogeneously enhancing extra axial lesion in the left frontal region measuring 2.4*1.4*1.5 cm , it's broad based towards dura and anteroinferior falx cerebri ..is the diagnosis meningioma ?

4 Month Back I had dizziness/Accute Fatigue Syndrome./Vertigo with leg weakness. After Taking vertin 16 for two week I was fine dizziness automatically go after 6 weeks. Then next 3 months I was fine. Then suddenly dizziness back with leg weakness and sometime headache. What should I do now? Please help. TEST AND MEDICATION: Recently Taking Diovol for GERD CT scan brain - Normal LFT- Billirunin- 1.4 SGOT- 79, SGPT- 85 (doctor told me it's is not much will reduce gradually) HB- 11.4 (Thalassemia Trait) Vitami D deficiency(taking uprise d weekly) Vitamin B12- Normal

My father has been diagnosed  with multiple system atrophy by ak roy at manipal hospital bangalore, after having 2 back to back ischaemic strokes in between 3 months of time gap. Is there any other hospital which has the best treatment for this disease rather than manipal or manipal is the best for it?

Hi, I took head massage yesterday in barber shop. He did head massage very hard. Soon after massage, i got high fewer(102) and headace behind eyes and forehead area. I have been taking dolo 650 from yesterday 2 times a day.  Have seen very slight improvement. Fewer is still at 101. Head ace is still present. Please advice.

Sir i fell from 40 ft and little bit head injury and undergone ORIF for arm fracture on 3rd may 2022 and one screw and k wire is inserted in medial.condyl but one thing which worries me i feel numbness in overall right part of body like right ear ,right side of face and right leg on touch or walking what can be the possible reason ..and how can i diagnose problem suggest some test and medication

My mother had a nosebleed from her left nostril after taking a lot of stress. She has hypertension and at that time her bp was 198/99 and she was having acute headache. She didn't had any vomiting or any sort of paralysis but I am very worried that if there are any chances of brain hemorrhage.

I got hurt on my head because of shelf which was open. And right after I was hurt. , I felt like some dripping inside my head. But there was no blood injury. Small bump appeared..is it serious??
