Foot burning in bed time Which tablet I take? Please tell me. 3 months I'm very difficult to sleep.

Good evening sir / madam, when I lay down on bed i can hear my heartbeat also sometimes my head pressure increasing feeling in head I get. What is the cause am so much worried also i have dizziness when i wake up suddenly from bed and i feel am having imbalance when i wake up. Whenever this pressure increasing feeling i get i can sense in my head and eyes too also ear  fullness please reply me

My MRI scan report showing "Prominent Bilateral Meckel's Cave.(-7mm right,6.5mm left) Rest no significant abnormalities." -please explain what does it mean?

My MRI shows mild disc bulge at c3 c4 level casing mild inpigment on biliterial nueral forminia. Mild disc bulge at c5 c6 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation Disc bulge at L4 L5 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation . My symptoms - When i wake up my both hands are pain, weakness, Numbness & puling. after 15 or 20 slowly recovering numbness and puling but mild pain is continues come and go. What problem in my hands and what I will do now please suggestion me.
