Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor!! I am experiencing muscle twitches especially at right big toe area and other areas which lasts for two to three seconds for the past three days. Is anything critical. ??

I've been experiencing pinching or tingling sensation in the right side of head. I've been attending interviews for last few months for job shift, so spending more time in mobile and laptop.

I suffer from intermittent head heaviness & throbbing of head , also my jaw vibrates continuously . Because of this I am unable to concentrate & focus on work . Neurologist are prescribing anti depressant medication but i think it is not symptom I suppose Please advise

My husband age 27 he is complaining of tingling sensation in left leg because of that no movement is felt sometimes it is not happening regularly but occasionally what is the cause.

But MRI scan results in the brain and Spain both are normal. 19-7-23 Now bp is 110/70 Now,when I am talking for 2-3 minutes, I get a headache and heavy left leg and left hand pain ,weakness What is the indication? Why is it happening please suggest to me whom I need to meet, which medicine is required now
