Brain and Spine Problems

I am facing mild discomfort in my whole left side of the body, its come and go . The pain is never severe but its discomforting and making me anxious. I am suffering from health anxiety constantly googling symptoms. I have vitamin d levels 10 which is low . I am taking supplements from 1.5 months and proper sunlight exposure. Still sometimes this feeling come and go. All body parts are moving fine but there is a sensation of mild stiffness in whole left side in nerves . Muscles near ears are also feeling like streched out . I am facing this from 2 months . Kindly help

Every night nerve cramp happens in the lower limb. The leg becomes colder as compared to the other leg during the episode. Diabetes and hypertension both are in control.

Is the sudden, sharp (or should I say) stabbing pain at the back of the head an immediate cause of concern? If yes, in how much time should I get this condition treated? Is this a sign of tumor, inflammation or haemmorhage?

My baby is 3.5 months old and since yesterday baby is jerking hands often it looks like baby is getting scared of something. Baby does this 3-4 times while awake yesterday and today also. Is this normal or should I consult with the doctor. Baby is not rolling eyes. Most of the time only straching out hands and open pams.

Hi I am 40 years old male weighing 90kg . I have hypertension. For the past few months I experience muscle fatigue and sore on slightest of activity of that particular muscle. Also my neck is stiff. Tingling in arms and legs. Frequent Lips and eye twitching What should I do? What blood test should I do to help in identifying the problem?

It's been a month that I feel weakness in my hands and legs.. I have my legs and hands shaking along with head.. Head shaking is not visible.. I was hospitalized on 10 Nov due to viral fever and post this I developed this issue. My thyroid is normal. I have tingling/ cramps in my palms and sole..

My son have issue in moving his feet in upward (inside direction) downward directions hv no issues in both feet. He had ankle injury in leftfoot and knee injury in right knee after felling twice. He feels his last 3 fingers in right toe are held somewhere . Recently he walked 200 kms in 30 days in London and had no issues except that his feet are unable to move in upward direction. And has pain in right toe and in calf . He has been on Work from home since march 2020 . Whats the issue can and whom shud we approach. Can physiotherapist help him to recover fully

For last 4 days I m having mild headache through out the day.even paracetamol not responding .no cold and fever. Vitals are ok. But headache is there through out the day. Sleep is fine ...

6 years boy while playing fall from bed, got swelling on head, he is saying he forgot how he fallen, he asking us why he is getting pain in head, he is crying a lot because of pain. He is saying I forgot, I didn't remembered, iam confused. Does it requires treatment??

I have this sudden chills and numbness on right side of the head...that starts from neck to ears to head. What can I do pls suggest doctor
