Brain and Spine Problems

I was 16 when I got l4-l5 and l5-s1 mini posterior bulging disc and right leg femoral nerve damage due to Injury. ,Now I am 26 ,I want to go GYm as I am gaining weight for nO reason,I eat very less , Still gaining weight,I checked thyroid and blood sugar, it came Fine . My Dream is to get in shape and get my life back but as soon as I start to lift or bend, my back hurts, what should I do , Is it possible in this life to hit the GYM ?

I am having episodes of high bp then sweating from head and headache and feeling relaxed after vomiting loss of appetite taking naxodom 500 and sibelium 10mg still symptoms are coming on trigger ct scan didnt show anything never had headache in life before nor my family has history of migraine
