Yesterday I got a scretch by a 2 month old domesticated cat in my two hands . From that area little blood appearance showed. After that, I immediately washed my hand properly with soap and remain it in laminar flow of water for 2-3, minutes. Should I go for Rabies vaccine? Please help me sir .

Hii dr iam Vignesh my condition is Duchenne muscular dystrophy Rare Fewer than 1 million cases per year Iam using corticosteroid prednisolone wysolone 10mg Once a day morning iam using for 3 years so I have severe osteoporosis So How to taper slowly iam have Cardiomyopathy palpitation 3 years before started So i 3 years before I try to taper the wysolone 10 tablet but my heart is reacted feel like a Increasing palpitation so i couldn't stop or taper so i continuing for 3 years So osteoporosis it's severe now so i want stop slowly or decrease the mg and keep better So how to taper.

I am having this sharp headaches from 2 weeks after having fever.it was only second but sharp and it is back of head or middlee..I went to neurologist and had EEG and blood test.she said EEG is abnormal and crp and esr levels are high.maybe infection is still there after fever and prescribed antibiotics and headache tablet.i had anxiety issue past 2 year back.is this headache because of that anxiety issue or is that because of infection.she also prescribed anxiety tab.i also opened eyes and moved a little while taking EEG.does that make any difference.how can I take care of now at home I have two kids.should I need to take anxiety pills again or is there any way to get over this by doing meditation and changing my lifestyle
