Brain and Spine Problems

I had a blow on my head 1 year ago . It was painful but with no symptoms of unconciousness or other but it pained for some months . But there was no problem related to congitive or intelligence loss . The pain gone after some days . But when I think something with focus , head pained. But now I have some iq loss problem.
