Brain and Spine Problems

Hi..I had balance problems and because of this I consulted a neuro doctor and he said it's because of vitamin d and b12 deficiency and also I started physiotheraphy..now I am doing much better after starting physio and medicines from last 6 months but still I feel I need to get more better as still I have a bit of shaking while turning and if I sit for long periods of time suddenly when I try to get up I feel a bit tripy..also wanted to know whether by when this condition will be cured and should I get a gene test g done

Hi, i am having upper back pain in spine on right side, during winter or rainy seasons it going unbearable. This has started happening since 3years. Please suggest good dictor which can treat in better way.

I am taking medicine called thyle forte after typhoid as doctor told I have very less vitamin but from 2 days my left lower lip is feeling very uncomfortable and it's like a contracting feeling Is it due to medicine side effects or some other issue?

Hello I have sensation feeling in my left leg I. E when I press my left leg with right leg then I feel little comfortable and bcoz of this I take more time to sleep or feel very uncomfortable while sleeping And after wake-up I feel same while walking till two three hours then it came to normal. Sometime while seating also have same feeling. Kindly help
