Brain and Spine Problems

My nose and lips are twitching from 2 days i have just finished my b12 supplements after having b12 deficiency these twitch occurred while the deficiency period and again came back now is it because of sudden change of climate from warm to cold?

I am attaching my mri reports and this mri is done for trigeminal neuralgia..Is mvd needed in this case or not or this is idiopathic neuralgia ..means no compression on nerve..Or this branch vein or thin loop going above nerve cause this issue or not..

Kindly suggest medication for migraine/tension headache c/o nausea. Paracetamol 650mg is not giving any relief.
