Hi doctors I had swelling below knee and leg pain since 1 month had mri yesterday which showed low degree partial acl tear & mild joint effusion Can I do regular walking for an hour everyday or do I have to avoid all these

RECENTLY I GOT INJURY IN MY RIGHT HAND. DURING X RAY IT REVEALS NO FRACTURE IN BONE. BUT MAY BE LIGAMENT DAMAGED. PRESCIBED SOME MEDICINE AND ARM BAND. BUT TILL NOW PAIN INCREASING. IT IS ALMOST 3MONTH. PLZ SUGGEST.

Hi Doctor, from past two week I have knee joint pain light. while walking on sters also pain was there. I dont have any injuries in past and current. also in morning toilet calls this joint pain increase, so could guide causes and from which blood report I can identify? 🙏

Dear Sir , I have fallen down from compound wall which was around 5-6 feet , I had fallen down on my left leg left side , consulted local orthopaedic Dr , He got X Ray and he confirmed there is No Fracture , but I have mild pain near knee when I try to fold my leg and stretch , I hear some sound as well , Dr said take medicine for 10days post that consult there might be nerve injury mri can be done later , but from the next day of fall I got swelling , next day leg below knee is swelling , Am worried please suggest .

Ultvacet asked me to get admitted get MRI done . I felt relief after taking painkillers. I consulted another doctor and he asked me to get admitted as I couldn't stand or start physical therapy at home soon as possible. He prescribed thiosan UMFLA and other tablets

Hi, I have vitamin D deficiency and it's levels are 25.99ng/ml. Can I use cholecalciferol 60000 tablets to increase my levels for 4 weeks?

I stubbed my toe against some furniture 10 days ago. The area still feels painful upon walking. Got an xray done, it showed a fracture. Complete rest is not possible. What else can be done? Already took anti inflammatory pills and applying ointment. Attached are the images.
