Hi I have Facial osteoma which I am seeing increasing now and it is on my right forehead. . I need this to go either with medicines with no side effects or surgery with zero scars. Can you pls suggest or recommend any doctor near by in mumbai who is well versed with this treatment. Need help as this is impacting cosmetically and is visible to all. 2 years ago i go through stress fracture and i stoped the training and now i am feeling a little pain ,(when we press in that area)  in particular area . And from last month i am taking calcium and vitamin d 3 tabs. Now after 10 days i am going to start my running again , is it going to harm me . What measures should i take ? What should i do?
