I have neck pain on left side since an year. This neck pain especially when I sleep on thick pillow, also during my work hours in front of laptop and when I lift weight with left hand. I also develop left side headache at the base of skull radiating towards front sometimes. I have two questions regarding this- 1. Is this symptom of postural or degenerative diseases 2.
