I got a knee effusion in my right knee due to a kind of inflammatory arthritis which was aspirated and plaster was applied for 21 days to prevent recurring. Post plaster removal i got weakness in my leg muscles and stiffness which reduced by physiotherapy. Still i had some swelling in knee. Should i wear both crepe bandage and hinged knee cap? Or a knee cap only is good enough. currently i am icing my knee 2/3 times a day and hot water 2 times a day. Is it enough to reduce the remaining swelling ? If not then what can i add more. Till today (27 feb) it's been 28 days of removing plaster.

Prolapsed invertival disc and lumbar canal stenosis No relief from constructive management Epidural steroid injections given on 17/02/2024 but not much relief Still pain in left leg and tingling pain' in tight When it will resolve need further treatment?
