Which is strongest painkiller tab for knee pain? Taking ketoflam p n covering d but pain is same ? What shd I do?

Hi doctor My daughter is 6 years old...she oftens complains of leg pain either left leg or right leg below the knees during evening time I consulted paediatric doctor.. he suggested calcium and iron syrup. Calcimax syrup Ironzorb syrup Once i give this syrup...she stops complaining of leg pain...i already gave one month syrup.. Now after stopping the syrup again she started complaining of leg pain For how many months i have to give this syrup Please suggest Thanks

For Long Time corticosteroid user for 3 years continuing wysolone 10mg per day once prednisolone can't stop steroid using person . And he have severe osteoporosis So How many Times doctor will prescribed The Osteri injection for steroid using person

On day 1  leg ankle area was swollen and had continuous pain... as of now the swelling has drastically got reduced and packed bandage has got loosed. pain only when the leg changes its position or sometimes when coughs.leg is in elevated position with two recron pillows for leg support. Can turn left or right side of position for sleeping or should sleep straight. Tomorrow is the 7th of  injury how can we come to a fixation that there is a updation in injury and it is healing.

Right shoulder joint pain for the last 4 months. Able to move the hands with mild joint pain. Did MRI and below are the observations: 1. Mild supraspinatus tendinosis with tendon thickening. 2. Found a dent on my leg, The doctor told me its muscle atrophy. I developed some muscle issues in the past 2 years like back pain and stomach muscle pain, and have fear that i am developing muscular dystrophy. Is there any test that can rule out muscular dystrophy? What do you think about this atrophy ? Is it related to that ? Thanks
