Bone & Muscle problems

My kid is 5 years. Today while playing in swing, she fell down and sat on leg while falling down. She cried a lot in pain. We rushed to hospital and took x ray. He told mild fracture (20 percent) in left lower leg. Doctor had put dressing in lower leg till thighs. How long will it take for the bone to set? Also Doctor said, she must make movement in her toes else there may b blood clot. But how s it possible if the kid is sleeping. Please guide us what are the precautionary measures. What to do and what not to do. I am attaching the x ray

As of now I don't go out for walks or any outdoor activities ..I just make food for around 45 mins and do basic house chores like serving food which I do wearing the knee brace Rest of the time I take rest..but can't see much improvement it is being 10 days already Do i need complete bed rest ? I have been suffering from pain behind my knees for many years now. It comes and goes on its own but while it is there, it is uncomfortable and distracting and painful sometimes. It is worse when I have to fully straighten my leg. I sleep with a pillow below my knee because of this. It feels better after a few stretches when the knee makes a popping sound. Could you help me understand what is it? And if it is serious? What should be the solution to it? P.S. I am a petite girl so my weight is also in check and not burdening my knee.

@ doctor sandeep bodedda...the fracture is 4 weeks old After that 15 days of plaster has been done now bone is joined. Currently doing physiotherapy. Many doctors said surgery is not required. But when she does physiotherapy so has a lot of pain and swelling. For that she need some medicine. Suggest any??
