Bone & Muscle problems

Good evening Dr. ,Paining right heel when I seat more than 1hours or after I wake in morning some times.

My ACL got complete torn while playing badminton I have uploaded the mri report kindly suggest what should I do

My sis (female/ 40 yrs/ vegetarian/teetotaler) had headache on the top of her neck between ears for few months (near the hairline at the back). She was taking normal pain killers. Recently she felt dizzy and almost passed out for few hours with severe pain in neck and vomiting (though conscious). She was absolutely ok the previous day but woke up with severe dizziness the next day. The doctor initially suggested Sumo, Vertin 8, n Vomikind along with xray. The medicines reduced pain n dizziness. Xray suggested Cervical spondylosis and refered to ortho. There is no pain in shoulders, hands nor any problem in walking. However there is pain between the eyebrows (she uses specs). She relies on home medication and doesn't want to go to ortho until absolutely necessary. Can someone plz suggest something..? How long and how often can she take the above medicines (since they are working well).? She also takes thyronorm 50 since 4-5 years and 6 yrs back had surgery for uterus fybroids.

She is suffering from frozen shoulder. Quote painful. Sometime cannot movie her hand  or lift any item. . Has consulted orthopaefic doctor but not much relief. Kindly advise.

Hey doctor, I am suffering from bone and joints pain since 2 yrs. I did my vitamin d levels it came 13 ng/ml. My doctor advised me vitamin d capsule once a week but no difference in my health. After that for better absorption I took Vitamin d 6lac IU injections but still my levels are low. What is the problem? Why vitamin d is not absorbing in my body?

I'm having RA.. All my joints are weak.. my knees have some grinding feeling no pain.. can I do exercises with resistance band Consulting physiotherapy...

Hi doctor I feel that their is a clicking sound whenever I straight my arm but their is no pain after orif of radius and ulna,below I attached xray 3 months after surgery please check.

I travelled by road for 12 hrs with breaks . But now my legs are paining . The left leg pain got better with muscle relaxant but the pain in right keg us there specially in the calf area . Should i massage my legs. There is some discomfort in the back right side

I was vitamin d deficient and doctor prescribed to use medicine for 8 weeks. In 7th week, knee pain was developed. I finished the course but I still have knee pain for 2 months. Please suggest

Sir,I have a 4 months old baby boy.Since two months I have severe feet pain ,especially while getting up after sleep or taking rest for long time.because of which I am unable to walk or stand properly for long time.My regular doctor suggested vimatins and B complex injection.But it didn't help me.Please suggest what to be done and whom to consult.
