My right arm feel tierd while working out and my hands also feel week can it could be spondylosis i have mild on d7 d8 and mild stenosis on d 11 d 12 u can see on mri mri is 1 year old but this thing is from 7 8 month some times it gets ok now it came back i take d3 also still no relief

My Mother has undergone rotator cuff tear surgery in January. It's been 5 months. Almost 2 months post surgery physiotherapy has been started which means 3 months now. She still not able to raise her hand completely up and external rotation is also just 30°.  Recently,She is feeling tightness between her neck and shoulder.  Surgeon who performed surgery keeps saying she needs to fo more active exercises and more repetitions to get her hand up. There is no issue. Is that right? To know the tightness, physio suggested shoulder xray and in there everything looks normal(no myositis) . My doubt - will Xray be completely helpful to understand if there is mayositis formed?. Please confirm.. And usually how much it may take for shoulder rotator cuff surgery recovery.

My daughter fell on bed yesterday after that she was crying whole evening,today she is not crying she is playing also but today we noticed swelling on her arm .Is that a fracture? She is not allowing us to touch her arm but she is able straighten the arm

Hi Doctors, I am having persistent rhomboid muscle pain since 3-4 years now. Sometimes it goes on its own but most of the time it is present. Today i saw the area is bit red. Since yesterday suddenly I have been suffering from severe left side back pain, in the upper side of my back, When I am moving it's hurting. What shall I do for that ? Due to what suddenly happened? Shall I completely rest or do some movement like walking.
