So I twisted my leg on 18th of October. After being in the cast for 4 weeks I have started walking right now still in the cast and there is still some pain while walking only. NO swelling . So when should I get the cast removed and what should I wear after getting the cast removed. These are the recent xrays.

Plz suggest me what will do little pain in back side of ankle which medicine i will take and nn.

Hyyy doctors My sister fell from stairs and got her ankle fractured The doctors did an X Ray which I attached to the questions He suggested an operation The prescriptions are : Zerodol-SP, Milixim-200 and SHELCAL 500

Can i give my mother shatavari powder in milk for good bone health as she is having knee pain a lot ..also pls advise is there any side affect related to it..thanks Mother age is 62.

About 4-5 days back I was in my toilet ( Indian toilet) and when I got up I had a really bad knee pain and the areas surrounding knee and I had to limp fir 15-20 seconds and then the pain got less but then next morning when I went to toilet then again the pain started it got less but it was still there in the knee and the  back portion of the knee. I am massaging my knee and back area of knee  the pain is really dim but still there and while standing sometimes the back portion of knee hurts. Moreover, sometimes I am practicing sitting in squat position again and again so after standing after the first attempt the pain dims in 2-3 attempt but doesn't goes away. What might me the reason of this pain??

Whichever body part I put pressure on when I sleep, it hurts like the hand, ribs, hips, stomach as l sleep on my tummy mostly. I tried sleeping in bed and mat and didn't get comfortable sleep for the past two months. This pain I am experiencing after I slipped and fell on my back when I was getting out of the bathroom which is a feet high from the hall. I weigh 98.5 kg. Did online consultation and the doctor prescribed a few tablets. He had suggested Shelcal Tablet for a month. This pain is after I completed taking the tablet for one month as prescribed. Suggest remedy. More pain is on the side of my ribs and my stomach. Hips ache too.

My neck is paining severely and my shoulders too, unable to sit up straight and even pains when in am trying to sleep and its going on for a week!
