I hope she is already operated. If not kindly get the surgery done. 2 fractures in the ankle at joint region which needs fixation at the earliest.

There is fracture on both sides of Ankle joint - Medial and Lateral Malleolus Fracture. It is better to go ahead with surgery to have a better healing considering her young age.
Next Steps
Avoid weight bearing over the involved limb. Start ice fomentation. Medicines can be taken as adviced.
