Bone & Muscle problems

Hi sir /Madam I have tigh muscle injury while playing cricket collided with fellow teammates knee...and some parts of my upper knee is swollen and tigh area is swelling... Since 5 days... I consulted doctor doctor told my muscle injury and blood clot... Advised me ice pack, thrombophob gel it's been 5 days not able to bend my knee properly due to pain in the tigh area my knee area doesn't have any injury or collision why my upper knee area has swelling.. And should I apply hot water pack or towel or combination of hota water pack and ice pack to reduce swelling and.. Completely recover for muscle injury please help me to recover me fast as soon as possible

Hello Dr, I had a heavy cough and cold for nearly 20 days, thereafter suddenly right side ribs pain started, took pain killers like zerodol, but pain didn't reduce. Now almost a week gone but pain didn't reduce 1% also. The ribs pain is unbearable whenever I cough, raise hands, bend down or lie down. Can u pls give some opinion on this ?

When I climb upstairs I am experiencing a cracking sound in right knee..though I am having no pain or difficulty in climbing upstairs...any solution

So i have a pain in my lower leg around calf area its from a long time and it recently came back with alot of pain . After doing xray i got this. Can you please tell me what is in the xray what are the possible reasons?? Can i go to gym. I do running... Can i consider going to gym as i cant run now.

Hi doctors, i have sternum stiffness, i dont have any previous injuries but I'm feeling sternum stiffness, and joint cracking sounds in sternum but i dont have any previous injuries...ecg echo tmt xray everything normal, my doctor just sent me home telling it's ok...but I'm still feeling sternum tightness stiffness snd cracking when turning my body to any side...any otc medicine for relief. please tell, thanks 🙏👍 attached pic with marked area for example ...
